All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each bottle is formulated and finished by hand in small batches — once it leaves us, it cannot be restocked.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@ondinalaundry.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.
